Find me on Facebook
If you have never visited my Facebook page click on the link and have a browse, whether it is to give you some inspiration for your own crafty makes or whether you would like to purchase any of my cards and gifts.
Remember I make my products to order so a lot of the designs you see have already been purchased but occasionally I will post up sale stock from when I have made cards in bulk so it's worth checking the Facebook page from time to time if you are not in the habit of it.

Butterfly thoughts
This card is made on a base of white cardstock with a pink layer on top. Before adhering the pink layer I ran the piece through my bigshot with a border die (a Stampin' Up die which is now discontinued but any border die will do lovely) and a butterfly thinlit. I A lovely card that can be changed to a birthday, sympathy or friend card when the stamped message is changed.

Personalised grunge
I always find it easier to make female cards and often struggle with the male variety, which is odd because coming from a family of no sisters and 3 brothers and having no daughters but 4 sons, you would think my male dominated world would give me plenty of inspiration, however I often find myself stumped and wondering what to do. Maybe it's because I've used up all my clever designs!
Anyway this card is used mainly using the gorgeous grunge stamp set from Stampin' Up. I just inked up the background with the stamps and chose some complimentary papers to create the border strip and banners. I used my alphabet stamps to ink the name and tied some blue twine around the border strip before adhering the pieces to the paper. Finally I slipped in a small metal spiral accent to complete my manly design.
I recently took this concept and created some baptismal cards and added a stamped bible verse to the mix.
