I love buttons, the different colours, shapes and sizes and I think they add a lovely touch to a card. Not so long ago a large bag of various buttons was passed to me and I have finally got round to using some in my card creations.
This card was made for my son after he had hurt his finger and wanted a card to make him feel better. Large buttons have been placed in an arc shape in colours of red, orange, yellow, blue, green and purples. I threaded some gardeners twine through the holes and tied little knots then adhered them to the card with a glue gun. some white cardstock was cut to make the clouds and my stamps and black ink made up the rest of the card. Simple and quick to do and it made my boy smile!
